About Us

A woman with dark hair in a braid, wearing a beige tank top and light-colored pants, holding a singing bowl and a mallet, standing in a dimly lit room with wooden floors and minimal decor.

Node Wellbeing was founded on a simple idea: meditation isn’t about escaping your life, it’s about expanding your capacity for it.

We’re not here to sell you stillness as an end in itself. We teach breathwork and meditation as tools, ways to regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and meet your day with more clarity and less reactivity. Everything we teach is grounded in the science of how your body actually works, not vague spiritual promises.

The name Node reflects that. A node is a point of connection and growth, the place where something new takes root. That’s what we want our sessions to be: a starting point, not a retreat from real life.

Hannah founded Node Wellbeing in 2020, bringing six years of practice and a background in nervous system regulation to every session. Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, our sessions are built to be practical, body-based, and genuinely useful, the kind of tools you can carry with you long after the session ends.
